Raiding rules: 1 you do not have to advert for raids. 2 you cant come back to a base after you die untell the raid is over or you waited your NLR (NLR is 3 mins) 3 you can not build into some ones base if you do its a 5 day ban 4 you can not prop block a base or the inside of it 5 after the raid is over you can not camp inside 6 you have to advert for bank/ PD raids Car Jacking rules: 1 you dont have to advert for car jacking 2 you can steal cop cars 3 you can not steal more then 2 cars  Building rules: 1 you cant prop block your base you have to have a keypad and fading doors 2 you cant build on the ground or in the air you have to buy a house unless your homeless 3 you cant build one way see through props  4 you can not stack fading doors on each other  5 fading doors timers must be set to 5 sec or more Cops and goverment rules; 1 cops must fallow all the president laws that he post 2 cops can not return to a raid/ bank raid or a speed chase if they die 3 swat can not respond to chases or shoot outs unless they have high class weapons or the request of the president or a police LT 4 swat can tell police to stand down and take over a raid. swat can also tell police to stand down if there is a bank raid 5 FBI can not step in unless there is a on going investigation or a hostage involved. also FBI can take over any swat raid the FBI LT thinks they cant handle  6 FBI can tell swat to stand down if there is a gang war or a gang HQ 7 you can not look at the name of a car to find out it was high jacked you must asks for there ID and then RP your runing there plate 8 untell the arresting person is back you have to set a timer of 5 mins for each crime (in game 1 min is a year) 9 cops can not just shot some one for having there gun out  10 if your going to give a ticket its $300 for each crime Gangs rules: 1 gangs can do PD raids if one of them gets arrested 2 gangs can not rob the bank but they can take hostages and demand money  3 gangs can rob any one for money  (limit is  5k) 4 gangs can not steal more then 2 cars  5 gangs can start gang wars but they can not become teams with them  NLR: NLR is 3 mins if you die (this dose not go for cops) Other Rules: 1 you have to abide by fear RP two or  more guns pointed at you is fear RP 2 if you already had a gun out and theres 2 guns point at you this is not fear RP 3 no prop pushing or prop blocking/ prop srufing 4 if you get tased you can not move agine ban length:  https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IbGSPgcoTmV0nczRcD31DPs-5mtLg8EzLy8976NFpzg/edit
